Vintage Sterling Open Heart Necklace, 16". Marked sterling on the heart and chain and tested with a weight of appx. 1.36 grams. The heart is an angled and curve heart that is appx. 5/8" tall and wide. the chain is 16" and 1mm wide with a spring clasp where it is marked sterling. Age is appx. 1990's. Very good condition.
