Vintage Sterling Hand of Fatima & Ancient Coin Necklace, 16". The pendant is an engraved hand with fish images on the fingers and other images around the hand. In the center is an opening where a coin is set in from the back, a very old bronze coin. You can see it through the front and on the back. The pendant is marked .925 and stamped with a maker's mark. The chain is an appx. 2.5mm twisted rope chain with lobster clasp. The chain is likely not original with the pendant. Weight of both pieces is appx. 18.63 grams. Good to very good condition with oxidation that can be polished away. Age of the piece is second half of the 1900's. See photos. (INV. ).
