Vintage 14kt .35 CTW Diamond Engagement Ring, Illusion, Sz. 6.75. Two-Toned. Signed with a mark with the first two letters being KE and then possible one letter or an elongated letter - cannot be read. The diamond is a round cut .35 ctw diamond set in a white gold fancy setting on top that is an illusion setting with the diamond prong-set in a scalloped setting with a square larger frame and ornate corners. The basket it sits in is appx. 6.9mm by 6.8mm giving the illusion of the diamond being much bigger. The band is yellow gold, marked 14kt and tested. Weight of the ring is appx. 3.02 gr. The diamond is appx. color F and is a good cut, there is one small carbon deposit which is visible by magnification. S1-S2. Age is estimated 1940's-1950's. The band is appx. 2.3mm at top and 1.6mm at the back of the finger. Very good condition other than typical wear. (INV. W.102121.16X5 SS5778 J LET LD 10/7/21)
