Vintage Red Enameled Cats Under Santa Hat Brooch, 1980's-1990's. This is silver tone with a red enameled top of the hat. Under the cap are two sleeping cats under the fluffy brim. It is appx. 2.75" wide and 1" tall. It is not signed or marked. Very good condition. (WCO?2 SS8389 AZ LET LD 9/5/22).
