Vintage 14kt Road Runner Tack Pin, Ruby Eye. Southwestern Appeal. 1-1/8" long and almost 1/2" wide. Appx. .9mm ruby eye. Nice feather detailed and the classic pose of a roadrunner racing across the road. The ruby is open in the back so in the right light the eye is easy to see. The weight of the roadrunner is appx. 2.03 gr. It is marked 14kt and tested. The clutch is not and is not calculated in the weight. Age is post mid-century, estimating 1970's.
