Vintage Enameled Commonwealth of PA Seal Cufflinks. 1950's-1960's. Marked with Pat. No. 2920363 which is a patent from 1950's-1960's. THese are slightly domed with blue background and the state seal in the center. Some finish wear on the underside but otherwise, very good condition. They are not signed by the maker.
