Vintage Silvertone Aurora Borealis Rhinestone Circle Buckle, Scarf or Sash Buckle, or Shirt Tie-Up - It's a beauty!

Vintage 1990 or earlier Buckle, Scarf or Sash Buckle or T-Shirt or blouse tie-up. It is 2.25" across. It is almost 1/2" tall from base to top of stones. The width of the buckle bar is 1.5" - it has many uses and looks new. It's a layered stone thing - the base is a clear rhinestone that is held in a little bezel-set housing and also prong-set - the auroral borealis accent stones are attach inverted on the top - one of them was attached off center - I did not even notice this until I was looking closer but they are securely attached. It really creates an interesting effect - you see green coming out of the center of the stone in one angle and pinks and purples in others. For soft fabric like scarves, etc., the width will not matter as the fabric will bunch and slide on the buckle bar. It is very solidly constructed and a very nice piece. It is not signed. .
