Vintage Victorian 10kt Gold Amethyst Three Leaf Clover Stick Pin

Sorry, this item has sold.

Vintage jewelry: vintage early late 1800/ 1900's Victorian jabot or stick pin - 10kt gold with three amethysts with a large square table but round stones set with five prongs. The pin is appx. 2.25" long and weight is 1.11 grams. The stones have a little wear on some areas of the edge but the stones are not loose. They are interesting because under magnification you can see they are not that deeply cut and have a large square table. That is not the usual cut I've seen in these older pieces - but given the short depth of the stone - it could be called a swindle cut - which means you make the stone look bigger because the table is so wide - in any event, it is old, and it is appealing. It is in good condition - not perfect. The pin came from a Pa. estate sale. Very good condition. See photos. (Locator Lot Win.5.3015.G1.1X5).
