Vintage 14kt Black Onyx Earrings, Pierced, 1980's-1990's, 6.34 grams.

Vintage 14kt Black Onyx Earrings, Pierced, 1980's-1990's. These are a heavy 14kt yellow gold hook post earrings built into the bezel frame around the tear-drop faceted black onyx stones that are appx. 18mm tall and 11.5mm wide. They are marked 14kt and test as 14kt with a total weight of appx. 6.34 grams, which includes the stones. The earrings are appx. 1.25" long from the curve in the hook post and 5/8" wide at the widest point. The bezel around the stone that is thick 14kt yellow gold is appx. 2.3mm wide. The stone is set in the frame bezel and held with six prongs on the back with a honeycomb facet cut on the onyx. Excellent condition. They are signed with what looks like two initials that I cannot read. (RJ5926.17X SS17769 J ET 9/11/26)
