Vintage Silver Filigree Marcasite Looped Brooch, signed FHL or C FHL, 2", 1960's

Vintage 1960's Silver Filigree Marcasite, Looped Ribbon Brooch. This is 2" long. It is signed what looks like a large C and the FHL in attached letters. It is not marked sterling however given the quality of the pin I did test it and it does test as silver but there is something a little different about the testing - I have run into this before when something is treated for anti-tarnish and that is possible or it may just be plated but either way it is a quality pin. I have not run into anything signed FHL before and therefore know nothing about the maker. This came from a PA estate. Very good condition - just vintage patina. See Photos. (My Loc. Num.
