Vintage Sterling Silver Paolo Romero Chain Necklace, UNISEX 20" (- PENDANT NOT INCLUDED - SHOWN ONLY TO DISPLAY USING AS A CHAIN WITH PENDANT). Weight is 8.69 grams and 1.5mm wide. It is a box chain. 1980's era. Superb quality. Great as a chain or to add a pendant or slide (as shown in photos). The pendant/brooch combo shown is available in a separate listing.
