Vintage Sterling Puffy Heart Necklace/choker on 16" box chain. The heart and chain are marked .925 and tested. The chain is a 1.2mm box chain, marked Italy. The heart is 1.25" tall and 7/8" wide. It is 7.95 grams and the pendant is 7.7mm thick. 1980's era - in good to very good condition - a silver polish would make it look almost new or new. This came from a PA estate. Very good condition.
