Vintage Sterling Silver Engraved Buckle WEL signed sterling and F.P. Co. It is for a 1" belt - 1.75" long and 1-1/8" wide - it has diagonal engraved lines across the center with a center oval framed with WES engraved and that on opposite corners a scrolled design. 1940's era.
