Vintage Sepia Painted Windmill Brooch, porcelain oval brooch that is approximately 1.5" by 1.25". It is a sepia colored pin in shades of brown with a painted look - could be a decal with glazing over it - some light crazing at the area of the lighthouse but not damaged. It is not signed by the maker. 1950's-1960's. Not signed by the maker. Good condition. This came from a PA estate sale. See photos. (Locator Number Win.5.1918.8) LD. 7/1/18).
