14kt Art Deco Diamond Engagement Ring, Artcarved, size 9, .29 ctw plus, Two Tone, 1930's-1940's, 3.27gr.

Vintage Art Deco Diamond Engagement Ring, Size 9, 3.27grams. This is signed Artcarved and 14kt. The stone is appx. 4.3/4.2mm - round stone. Exact measurement cannot be obtained due to setting but it is an appx. .29 ctw stone. In addition there are two round diamonds set lower on the band, each appx. 1.5 mm in additional diamond tcw. The band is gold tone and the setting for the stones is white gold. The main diamond is rained and set in an illusions type setting with white gold accents in each corner that gives the illusion of the stone being even larger. It is signed by Artcarved which has been a reputable maker of fine jewelry since the 1800's. True art deco. The band is not worn thin like some older rings have. I really like this ring and am tempted to keep it - it actually fits my finger and looks good on a fluffier finger. The stone and setting are larger enough to pull it off. Good condition. See photos.
