Vintage 14kt Amethyst Diamond Ring, Carved Back, Sz. 6, 3.17 Gr. The stone is oval, Appx. 2TCW. There are four .01 diamonds, two on each side. Grooved design on the sides of the stone. The Ring is appx. 12mm down the finger and the back of the bank is appx. 1.2mm. It has a raised, bridged undercarriage. The amethyst has carved lines on the back of the stone and gives the stone a different look with those lines, the stone does have wear on the table and edge of table of the ring. The ring has two markings - not sure if they are a maker's mark, copyright mark. It is not marked as to karat weight but has been tested and is 14kt. Setting itself is in very good condition, stone has the top wear as indicated with the unique carved markings on the reverse side of the stone. (INV. W.715-82020.1X1 LET LD 9/5/20).
